guys, i found the BEST disposable cams ever...they're loaded w. 800 ISO film and are by kodak ...i get them all the time, so not having a film camera is not an acceptable excuse!
@bobbyd costco is good too for it, you can get a photocd of super-high-res scans of the negatives on cd. If you're not shooting low light, get some slide film.
so, peeps...i'm thinking a start out in ye olde gastown (so people actually aren't afraid to show up!) and marching towards chinatown where film shots would be pretty sweet. i was thinking not this weekend but next? the weather forecast looks fairly lovely.
okok...i think this weekend's too soon since everyone probably already has plans and whatnot, but the weather forecast is grand so i think we're safe for a week or so away

It just occurred to me I don't even have a film camera. Maybe get one at second hand shop? What does it cost to develop 35mm today?

couple of bucks is that for the roll? cuz I might like a nice film camera

given the lifespan of a digital slr and how often you take photos, film might actually be cheaper.
